Sprinkler System Site Supervisor

RHL are currently seeking an experienced Non-Working Sprinkler Site Supervisor to join our client's team on a project in Lancaster (LA1 3QZ). This is a 4-month contract role with an immediate start available.

The successful candidate will oversee sprinkler installation works on site, managing a small team and acting as the key point of contact for the client.

Key Requirements

NVQ qualification relevant to the role

SSSTS (required)

Gold CSCS Card (preferred)

Proven and checkable work history within the Fire Protection / Sprinkler sector

Demonstrable experience supervising sprinkler installation teams

Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site procedures

Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, site management, subcontractors, and operatives

Ability to coordinate works and ensure delivery in line with the project programme

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day sprinkler installation activities on site

Manage and coordinate a team of 4 sprinkler fitters

Act as the main point of contact for the client on site

Attend DABS meetings with the client and project stakeholders

Support the Project Manager with site coordination and reporting

Monitor labour productivity and maintain quality standards

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures

Work Scope: Managing a team installing sprinkler systems on site

PPE: Standard PPE required including Hi-Vis
