We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee an office fit-out project in London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial office fit-outs, together with experience working within rail environments and CBM (Construction and Building Management/Construction Build Management). You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from planning and mobilisation through to completion, ensuring that works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the office fit-out project. Manage the project from mobilisation through to completion and handover. Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, suppliers and specialist contractors. Liaise closely with the client, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders. Develop and monitor project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved. Monitor progress on site and identify and resolve any potential delays or issues. Manage project costs, variations and commercial changes where required. Ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements. Review and coordinate RAMS, permits and other project documentation. Ensure all health & safety requirements are adhered to throughout the project. Coordinate M&E, construction, finishes and other specialist fit-out packages. Attend and lead project meetings, providing regular progress updates to the client and senior management. Manage the snagging, testing, commissioning and handover process. Maintain accurate project records and ensure all relevant documentation is completed. Essential Experience The successful candidate will ideally have: Proven experience working as a Project Manager within commercial office fit-out projects. Rail-specific health & safety requirements. Previous experience working within a rail environment. Experience working with CBM / construction management processes. Strong understanding of construction and fit-out methodologies. Experience managing subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders. Experience managing programmes, budgets, quality and health & safety. Strong understanding of construction documentation, RAMS, permits and project controls. Ability to manage projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Site access and possession requirements where applicable. Permit and compliance procedures. Working alongside rail stakeholders and project teams. Managing works within a live/operational environment where required. Understanding of rail project controls and documentation. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be an experienced Office Fit-Out Project Manager who has also worked within the rail sector and CBM environment. They will be comfortable managing subcontractors, coordinating M&E and construction packages, dealing directly with clients and consultants, and taking full responsibility for project delivery.

The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established M&E contractor based in Chancery Lane, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor with extensive ductwork experience to join a growing business and play an important role in managing the commercial performance of a range of ductwork and mechanical projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the ductwork industry and be confident managing projects from tender stage through to final account. Key Responsibilities Managing the commercial aspects of ductwork and mechanical projects. Preparing and reviewing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts. Managing variations, change control and additional works. Reviewing subcontractor accounts and payments. Preparing cost forecasts and monitoring project expenditure. Reviewing contracts, specifications and drawings. Producing accurate cost estimates and pricing works where required. Identifying commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. Managing and maintaining good commercial relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers. Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers. Assisting with tender submissions and reviewing tender returns. Ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed budgets and commercial objectives. Working closely with Project Managers and operational teams to ensure commercial matters are identified and dealt with promptly. Preparing regular commercial reports for senior management. Taking projects through to successful commercial completion and final account settlement. Essential Experience The successful candidate must have: Extensive Quantity Surveying experience within the ductwork sector. A strong understanding of commercial ductwork projects and installation. Experience managing subcontract packages and variations. Experience with valuations, applications, payments and final accounts. Strong contract and commercial awareness. Experience working with drawings, specifications and project documentation. Strong negotiation and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A commercially minded and proactive approach. Desirable Experience within the wider M&E / mechanical services sector. Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent commercial experience. Experience working on major London projects. Experience with NEC, JCT or other standard forms of construction contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for Project Managers with a strong background in the AMP (Asset Management Period) Framework environment, looking to take responsibility for delivering a range of projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion. Previous AMP Framework experience is essential for this position. The successful candidates will be comfortable working in a client-facing environment, managing multiple stakeholders and taking ownership of projects, programmes, budgets, resources and delivery. Drive projects through to completion, commissioning, handover and close-out. What We're Looking For Essential Previous experience working within an AMP Framework environment essential. Proven experience working as a Project Manager on infrastructure, utilities, water or related projects. Strong understanding of project delivery, programme management and commercial control. Experience managing subcontractors, consultants and multiple project stakeholders. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects to agreed deadlines. A proactive approach to problem solving and project delivery. Full UK driving licence. Ability to commute to sites across North Wales at least 3 days per week. Desirable Experience within the water/utilities sector. Relevant project management qualification such as APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent. Relevant technical or construction qualification. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with major water companies or Tier 1 contractors. We are currently looking for experienced Approved Electricians to work on water utility and water treatment projects. The successful candidates will have a strong background in electrical installation and maintenance, with previous experience working on water treatment plants, sewage treatment works, pumping stations or other water utility sites. This role would suit electricians who are comfortable working in an industrial environment and understand the additional health, safety and site requirements associated with water utility projects.
