Role Overview We are currently looking for an experienced Non-Working Electrical Supervisor to assist in the management and delivery of an electrical contract on a major construction project. The successful candidate will have strong experience supervising electrical installations and running or assisting with the management of an electrical contract, with the ability to coordinate site operatives, communicate effectively with management and liaise professionally with the client. This is a non-working supervisory role, with the focus being on managing the electrical works, coordinating the workforce, maintaining standards and ensuring the project is delivered safely and efficiently. Complete site records, progress updates and relevant project documentation. Produce Q&A packs for handover of completed areas, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete. Strong knowledge of electrical installation processes and construction-site practices. Previous experience supervising and coordinating electrical teams. BIM experience is essential. Experience producing RAMS is essential. Experience with handover documentation and QA/Q&A packs. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to liaise confidently with operatives, management and clients. Good understanding of health & safety requirements and site procedures. Relevant electrical qualifications. Relevant site supervisory qualifications/cards, such as SSSTS/SMSTS and ECS, would be advantageous.
