Salary: Up to 36,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

As the lead electrical voice on-site, your day-to-day will involve:

  • PPMs: Executing Planned Preventative Maintenance to keep critical systems running smoothly.

  • Reactive Tasks: Responding quickly to breakdowns and diagnosing complex electrical faults.

  • Minor Works: Handling small-scale installations, including power distribution and lighting upgrades.

  • Compliance: Ensuring all work meets health and safety regulations and 18th Edition standards.

  • Reporting: Keeping diligent records of all maintenance and repairs.



What You'll Need to Succeed

We are looking for a proactive professional with the following:

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (Required).

  • Compliance: An up-to-date 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.

  • Experience: Proven track record in commercial or facilities electrical maintenance.

  • Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
