Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Pay: £22.50ph paid weekly PAYE or £28.01ph paid weekly via umbrella
Duration: Ongoing Contract Long Term

Duties
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Plumber to join our Responsive Repairs Team. You will be part of a busy service that delivers essential day to day repairs across a wide range of occupied and vacant homes.
We are seeking someone with strong plumbing experience who can diagnose and resolve repair issues efficiently and to a high standard. As part of the responsive service, you will attend a variety of jobs each day, ensuring our tenants receive a prompt, professional and customer focused repair experience.
Ideally, we are looking for a plumber who is also confident carrying out additional minor multi trade tasks to help us complete repairs first time whenever possible.

Person Specification
NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or an industry recognised equivalent qualification).
Ability to carry out all plumbing works to the required standard, in line with current legislation, regulations, and manufacturer instructions.
Must hold a full UK driving licence and provide own transport covered by business insurance.
Ability to work in occupied and vacant domestic properties, showing professionalism, respect for residents and care of the working environment.
