Salary: £39,000
Hours: 36-hour working week

Role Responsibilities

• Carry out property inspections and stock condition surveys.

• Support planned maintenance, repair works and capital investment projects.

• Ensure properties meet building safety and regulatory standards.

• Conduct pre- and post-inspections of void properties.

• Liaise with contractors to ensure work is delivered to a high standard.

• Contribute to asset performance reviews and technical reporting.

• Work collaboratively with housing, repairs and compliance teams.

• Support sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives.

• Engage with vulnerable residents and partner organisations within supported housing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a surveying role, or an experienced multi-trades professional.

• A full, valid UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Two professional references will be required.
