Role - Site Manager (no1. on site with visiting Contracts Manager)
Location - Chichester, Horhsam / West Sussex area
Salary - 45k - 60k + Package
I am looking for an experienced Site manager for a role with a high end homes contractor covering sites in West Sussex. They cover Hampshire and Sussex and work on projects valued Circa 10m+ of bespoke builds.
You will ideally have experience working in a stand alone site manager role (no1.)
Job Responsibilities:
- Be a face for the contractor and work closley with the client
- Organise contractors, sub-contractors, and conduct all operative and visitor inductions
- Oversee daily site activities during both construction
- Implement and maintain Health & Safety, Environmental, and building regulations
- Manage materials effectively, aligning with development progress and budgets
- Attend site meetings and conduct regular site inspections
Key Attributes:
- Having a strong background of working within the build industry
- CSCS site manager qualified
- First Aid
- Valid Full UK Driving LIcence
- Be confident working in a team and adapting to more responsibility
