Plumber x 2 Llandudno Social Housing Project

Rate: £25/HR
Duration: Ongoing contract
Hours: 42.5 hours per week

MEP Technical Talent are recruiting 2 x experienced Plumbers for a social housing apartment block project in Llandudno.

This is a live site installing new-build / refurbishment apartments, so we re looking for reliable, tidy operatives with experience working in residential environments.

Scope of Works:

• Installation of Dimplex Edel units

• 2nd fixing bathrooms

• General domestic pipework installation

• Working with:

  • Copper crimped fittings

  • Henco plastic pipework

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS / JIB card (minimum Blue Skilled Worker)

• Proven experience on social housing or apartment schemes

• Experience installing heat pump / cylinder systems (Dimplex Edel experience desirable)

• Ability to work independently and to programme

• Own tools & PPE
