M&E Site Supervisor / Site Engineer Bristol Up to 55,000 + Package MEP Technical Talent are recruiting for an experienced M&E Site Supervisor / Engineer to join a major construction development in Bristol. The role will involve overseeing daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring mechanical and electrical works are delivered safely and correctly. Responsibilities: Supervise M&E installation works Coordinate subcontractors on site Carry out inspections and quality checks Review drawings and resolve installation issues Monitor progress against programme Support testing and commissioning Maintain QA documentation Requirements: Mechanical or Electrical background Previous M&E site experience Strong knowledge of building services installations Ability to coordinate trades Excellent communication skills

Electricians Required Liverpool Immediate Start £25.00 per hour 40 Hours per Week Immediate Start We are currently recruiting experienced Electricians for an exciting commercial project in Waterloo, Liverpool. Working as part of an established site team, you will be carrying out a range of electrical installation works on a commercial project. The Role Installation of PVC conduit. Installation of PVC dado trunking. General wiring of lighting and emergency lighting systems. Power installation works. Working to a high standard whilst maintaining site safety and quality. Project Details Location: Waterloo, Liverpool Start Date: Immediate - 6 Weeks work (Approx) Rate: £25.00 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Site Parking Available Requirements Gold JIB Card (Essential). Previous commercial installation experience. Experience installing PVC conduit and PVC dado. Experience with lighting, emergency lighting and power installations. Own tools and PPE. M&E Clerk of Works Location: Central London Rate: 350 - 400 per day DOE - 3 DAYS PER WEEK INITIAL About the Role We are currently recruiting an experienced M&E Clerk of Works to support the delivery of a varied programme of mechanical and electrical projects across a prestigious estate in Central London. Working closely with the Project Engineering team, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of installation works, ensuring contractors deliver projects in accordance with specifications, drawings, current regulations and industry best practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clerk of Works, Building Services Engineer or Site Quality Inspector looking to work on technically challenging projects within a unique environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out regular site inspections of mechanical and electrical installations. Ensure works comply with design specifications, drawings and relevant British Standards. Monitor workmanship and installation quality throughout all project stages. Witness testing and commissioning activities. Produce detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate project records. Identify defects, snags and non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are completed. Review contractor RAMS and monitor compliance with Health & Safety legislation. Attend project meetings and provide technical support to Project Managers and Engineers. Liaise with contractors, consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Support project handovers and review commissioning documentation and O&M manuals. Requirements Previous experience as an M&E Clerk of Works, Building Services Inspector or Site Quality Manager. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services installations. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good understanding of UK Building Regulations, CDM Regulations and current industry standards. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and build strong working relationships. Desirable HNC/HND or recognised Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification. ECS, CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS. IOSH.
