Electrician

A well-established social housing contractor is recruiting for an Electrician to carry out testing within occupied properties. This is an ongoing opportunity available on either a temporary or permanent basis, offering consistent full-time work Monday to Friday. Immediate start available.

Electrician duties:

• Carrying out 4 EICRs per day in occupied social housing properties
• Completing testing and inspection to current regulations
• Undertaking some cooker connections
• Carrying out smoke alarm works
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Working in line with Health & Safety regulations
• Providing good customer service to tenants

What is required for this Electrician position:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• AM2
• 18th Edition
• 2391 Testing & Inspecting
• Experience within social housing
• Asbestos awareness preferred
• Full UK driving license
