Fit Out Site Manager (Nights)
Southampton 5-Month Contract High-Rise Residential
We are working with a large scale developer, looking for a Fit-out manager to manage the night works whilst delivering a high-spec, multi-unit high-rise scheme in Southampton city centre.
This is a strong opportunity for a Fit Out Site Manager to join a residential project at a critical stage, taking ownership of night works through to completion.
Night works will focus on:
- MEP closing out
- Corridor service connections
- Integration and closing-up works
- High-spec internal finishes
- Traditional ground-floor completion
The Role
As Night Shift Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing and coordinating works during critical integration and fit-out stages.
We are seeking someone who:
- Has a strong fit out background on multi unit resi
- Has delivered high-rise residential, BTR or student accommodation schemes
- Is proactive, commercially aware and highly organised
Our client operates a cradle-to-grave model - developing, building and retaining assets for long-term operation within the premium residential sector.
- Currently delivering a flagship Southampton scheme
- Strong pipeline UK wide
- Capacity to deliver multiple 200-unit schemes annually
Package
- Competitive rate of up to 500per day
- Parking reimbursed
- On going work until minimum September 2026
