Site Manager (external packages, traditional brickwork facade and all landscaping) Our client is a market leader in their space, seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to join their site team on a flagship development in South East London local to Greenwich. This is a high-profile opportunity to work with one of the UK's most respected developers on a major residential scheme. As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the external envelope works, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of all fa ade-related elements. To be considered for this role, you must have experience with Traditional Brickwork Facades. Your focus will be on quality, safety, and programme, working closely with subcontractors and reporting into senior site leadership. Key Responsibilities: Oversee final aspects of fa ade installation, including traditional brickwork , scaffold striking , spandrel Panels and window management. Moving on to overseeing landscaping package! Ensure quality and compliance across all fa ade elements and landscaping Manage the sequence of works and monitor subcontractor progress Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders Competently use Fieldview for reporting, snagging, and tracking quality Plan work scopes 2-4 weeks ahead , flagging and resolving potential clashes or delays Ensure all work meets high standards for quality and safety What You'll Need: Proven experience managing landscaping and traditional brickwork fa ades on large-scale residential schemes Solid understanding of scaffold requirements and safe striking methods Experience overseeing and sequencing window installations Proficient in using Fieldview for onsite management and QA processes Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills A collaborative approach with the ability to work under pressure and to programme
