Shape the delivery of high-quality new homes for communities across Norfolk
We're looking for a Senior Development Officer to join our New Homes & Commercial team at Freebridge Community Housing. In this pivotal role, you'll lead post-contract residential development projects, ensuring new homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
You'll work closely with contractors, consultants, internal teams and external stakeholders, overseeing construction activity from start on site through to completion and the end of the defects period. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a hands-on role in delivering much-needed affordable homes and strengthening local communities.

We now have over 7500 properties across west and north Norfolk, in addition to building new homes for social and affordable rent, and to support those who want to move into shared home ownership. We've had numerous achievements, including delivering our tenants' promises and bringing homes to the Decent Homes Standard, affording our customers a much better quality of living.
