Stock Condition Surveyor

I am currently working with a well established local authority who are looking for an additional Stock Condition Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible to help finish a project. The role will be 5 days on site, and the rate is negotiable. It is located in West Sussex.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in stock condition surveying (social housing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of building construction and defects
• Familiarity with asset management systems (e.g. Keystone, Civica, MRI)
• Understanding of Decent Homes, HHSRS, and compliance standards
• Full UK driving licence
