Job Description
I am currently working with a Public Sector client of mine who are looking for 2 Building Surveyors on an interim basis.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Stock Condition, repairs and maintenance surveys
- Looking after an operational and industrial portfolio
- Reporting to Head of Assets and Repairs
About you
- Experience across public sector organisations
- Ability to hit the ground running within a Building Surveyor role
- Strong knowledge of building construction and defects
- Full UK driving license
The client is looking for 5 days on site as a preference, however can be flexible for exceptional candidates.
