Damp & Mould Operative

A great opportunity has arisen for a Damp & Mould Operative based in Barnsley to join a social housing contractor on temporary ongoing basis paying 19.77 per hour with a van and fuel card supplied.

Working hours: Mon-Fri - 8am til 5:00pm

Pay rate: 19.77 per hour CIS

The successful candidate will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.
Damp and Mould Operative Duties:

• Painting and decorating
• Washing and cleaning affected surfaces within residents' homes.
• Treating damp and mould with specified mould treatments

The Successful Damp and Mould Operative will be required to:

• Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
• Carry out works allocated by appointments
• Have a valid UK Driving Licence
