Project value 15 million
The first phase of full strip out has just finished, they are starting to erect internal partitions, new section of the building just started, commencement of groundworks for foundations.

Reinforced concrete foundations
Structural steel works
Precast Flooring slabs
Composite metal decking flooring
High end finishes
Glass Balustrade's
High-end joinery and timber finishes
