We are working with a highly regarded, boutique main contractor specialising in the delivery of high-end residential new builds and heritage restorations across the Home Counties and West London. The business has built an exceptional reputation for delivering bespoke, one-off homes and listed building refurbishments for private clients and estates. Their projects are design-led, detail-focused, and often involve close collaboration with leading architects and consultants. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-value residential schemes across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and surrounding areas. Projects typically range from £3m £20m+, including new build country homes, complex refurbishments, and Grade I & II listed properties. Candidates must have experience delivering high-end residential projects for private clients to be considered. Duties and Responsibilities Take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion Manage all on-site activities, ensuring delivery in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations Act as the primary point of contact for private clients, consultants, and design teams Lead and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship throughout Review and drive the construction programme, producing short and medium-term programmes Chair site meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and the wider project team Ensure all works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and conservation requirements where applicable Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure exceptional finishing standards Manage site logistics on constrained or sensitive sites, often within occupied or heritage environments Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures Tickets / Qualifications Degree qualified in Construction Management or similar (preferred) SMSTS (essential) CSCS Card (Black preferred) First Aid at Work Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and high-end finishes Excellent communication and client-facing skills Strong organisational and leadership ability Experience Required Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager delivering high-end residential projects MUST have worked on one-off homes, luxury residential builds, or private client projects Experience delivering projects from groundworks through to completion Strong background in refurbishment, restoration, or listed buildings highly desirable Experience working for a main contractor or high-end residential specialist Track record of managing quality, programme, and subcontractors on bespoke builds Comfortable working in client-facing environments with high expectations and attention to detail Experience working alongside architects and design teams on design-led projects If you are interested or know someone who could be a good fit, get in touch or send your CV across for a confidential conversation.

Senior Site Manager New Build Education (Contract) We are working with a well-established, Tier 1 main contractor with a strong track record delivering large-scale education and commercial projects across the UK. The business is known for delivering high-value, complex new build schemes, with a focus on quality, programme delivery, and health & safety. They have a strong pipeline of secured work and are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager for a flagship education project in Essex. This is a long-term contract role (circa 4 years) on a major new build academy, currently in pre-construction and due to start on site shortly. The project is valued at up to £80m, with a significant weekly spend and a fast-paced delivery programme. Candidates MUST have delivered DfE projects £40m - £80m to be considered.
