OTE £55,000 The Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join a high-quality residential development in Oxfordshire on a fixed-term contract. This is an opportunity for an established new homes sales professional who can take ownership of a development and operate confidently as the sole sales representative on site. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of selling new-build homes directly for a housebuilder, with the commercial awareness and independence to manage a development effectively from day one. About You You will be confident working independently Able to take responsibility for the full sales process and adapting your approach to changing market conditions. You will understand how to generate interest, manage buyers, progress reservations and completions Maximise sales in both strong and challenging markets.
