About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the exceptional standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for high-end residential, refurbishment, and new-build projects.
• Manage subcontractors, labour, materials, and project schedules efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all sites.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and proactive problem-solving.
• Work closely with directors and design teams to ensure client aspirations are met.
• Monitor progress, report on key milestones, and resolve site issues promptly.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within luxury residential, country homes, or high-end refurbishment projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, including traditional craftsmanship and modern techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain high standards under pressure.
• Experience with listed buildings, period properties, or estate projects is highly desirable.
