The North East Supervisor covers Waltham Forest, Havering Redbridge and the surrounding areas.   Your impact in the role: You will be part of a team of Supervisors who cover reactive repairs. You will be responsible for circa 10 Multi trade and Specialist Maintenance Operatives who work across the Neighbourhood. Key Tasks Collaborate with the Senior DEWALT Academy Training Manager to formulate a training programme aimed at engaging young trade professionals and educational institutions. Support the conducting of thorough research to understand the demographics, prior knowledge, learning preferences, and specific needs of our target audience. Use surveys, interviews and focus groups to gather detailed insights. Support the development of appropriate training materials aligned with the strategy and research feedback whether through practical face-to-face sessions, digital modules on our MYTOOLS Training platform, or video content.
