Description

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across properties.

  • Assist in the installation and servicing of building systems and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work and report issues to management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to improve operations.

Profile

A successful Maintenance Technician should have:

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in property maintenance or a related field.
  • Technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
