Multi-Trade Plumber - Social Housing
Salary: 40,000 + company van & fuel card
Contract: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a social housing provider covering Epsom, Surrey and surrounding areas. You'll carry out plumbing, heating, and general maintenance tasks across domestic properties, providing a safe and compliant service to residents.
There are roles in both the Voids and Day to Day responsive teams
Requirements:
- Proven plumbing experience, ideally in social housing
- Multi-skilled - able to carry out minor electrical and general maintenance
- Full UK driving license
- Max 6 points on license
- Basic DBS clearance
