Technical Service Manager Commercial Fit-Out Contractor
Location: Dartford, Kent
Salary: Up to £100,000 + package (DOE)
We are currently working with a highly regarded commercial fit-out contractor based in Dartford who are looking to appoint an experienced Technical Service Manager as part of their continued growth.
This is a senior appointment and a key role within the business, offering genuine influence over technical delivery across multiple commercial fit-out projects.
The Opportunity The successful candidate will take full ownership of the technical function, working closely with pre-construction, project delivery teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects are technically sound, fully coordinated, and delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing technical design and coordination from pre-construction through to handover
- Reviewing and overseeing drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
- Acting as the primary technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
- Coordinating architectural, M&E, and specialist packages to ensure buildability and compliance
- Identifying and managing technical risk across live projects
- Supporting project teams during construction, commissioning, and final handover
- Ensuring compliance with current building regulations, health & safety standards, and best practice
- Proven experience in a Technical Manager / Technical Services role within commercial fit-out or interiors
- Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, M&E coordination, and building regulations
- Comfortable managing consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams
- Highly organised, commercially aware, and solutions-focused
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Salary up to £100,000, dependent on experience
