Multi Trade Operative - East London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Operative to join a contractor based in East London on a permanent basis, offering a salary of 38,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be confident working in occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across a range of trades.

Working Hours:
08:00am - 17:00pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance works including:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Tiling
- Painting & decorating
- Plastering
Work within occupied social housing properties
Complete reactive maintenance tasks to a high standard
Provide own basic hand and power tools
Optional out-of-hours work
Requirements:
Proven experience as a multi trade operative
Experience working within social housing properties
Ability to work professionally and independently in occupied homes
Must have use of a smartphone (jobs issued via an app - BYOD allowance paid at 20 per month)
Drug and alcohol testing will be carried out on the day of induction
