Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff across multiple projects
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and cost control to maximise profitability
• Manage NEC contracts and ensure commercial compliance across all projects
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal departments
• Coordinate and communicate with design, procurement, project management, and site teams
• Review and approve subcontractor contracts, invoices, and variations
• Prepare commercial reports and updates for senior management

Candidate Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within M&E, commercial construction, or fit out sectors
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial procedures
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading a team
• Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and decision-making ability
• Commutable to and around London
