Interim Business Analyst - Housing

Contract: Temporary / Interim
Location: Surrey (2 days in office - hybrid)
Day Rate: (Apply online only) per day

I'm recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to support a local authority in Surrey, working across Housing services including allocations, and repairs, and compliance.

This role focuses on service improvement, process mapping and housing systems, with a strong emphasis on translating operational and statutory requirements into practical system and process improvements.



Key Experience Required

  • Proven Business Analysis / service improvement experience

  • Strong process mapping and end-to-end service redesign skills

  • Experience working with housing management systems (Orchard or similar highly desirable)

  • Confident working with ICT teams and system suppliers

  • Good understanding of local authority housing services and statutory requirements

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills



The Role

  • Lead BA activity across Housing services

  • Support housing systems development and optimisation

  • Improve repairs and asset-related processes and data quality

  • Support reporting, performance insight and data improvement
