With a turnover of over £100 million one of London s reputable Tier 1 Fit-out Contractor is seeking a Design Manager to join their growing and expanding team.
Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Main contractor experience is essential
• Experience across variety of sectors preferably Interior Fit-out
• Ability to lead, chair and influence multi party teams and stakeholders
• Good interpersonal skills including, communication and team building
• Full working knowledge of Traditional and Modern Methods of Construction
• Technical skills and the ability to use design and project management software
• Problem solving skills and creative thinking
• Attention to detail, Organisation and time management
• Ability to draw & read drawings
• Commercial awareness like budgeting and regulations
• Team working, relationship-building and influencing skills
• Client management skills

The ideal candidate must have worked on Fast Track Commercial Fit-out or Educational institues Fit out
