Mechanical Construction Manager Data Centre Blyth Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. Responsibilities Overall Mechanical Delivery Lead and manage the execution of all mechanical works, including HVAC, chilled water, pipework, fire protection, and fuel systems, ensuring delivery in line with programme, budget, and client data centre standards. Subcontractor & Workforce Management Manage mechanical subcontractors and site teams, coordinating resources, productivity, sequencing, and interfaces with electrical, CSA, and commissioning teams. Programme & Planning Control Develop and drive short-term and look-ahead programmes, identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures to meet key data hall and phased handover milestones. Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure mechanical works are delivered in compliance with project specifications, Dutch and European regulations, QAQC requirements, and HSE standards, promoting a strong safety-first culture on site. Testing, Commissioning & Handover Support Oversee mechanical completion, testing, and commissioning activities, supporting integrated systems testing (IST) and ensuring mechanical systems are fully ready for client and authority handover. Requirements Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background Must have 8+ years experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres) Must have UK Passport or RTW in the UK Benefits £80,000 - £90,000 + Package

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2-5 years experience working as a Document Controller within Fit out/Refurb Main Contracting and must be a champion on Procore. Key Duties include Diary Management Be the focal point on site between the Sub Contractors, clients and the Design team Organised Excellent communicator at all levels Provide support during the pre-construction, construction and close out phases of allocated projects. Coordinate all project information including drawings, specifications, technical submittals, samples, letters, minutes and other electronic information To be a Procore and systems champion alongside the other members of the Group support team Must be able to work with several different teams and coordinate information. Due to continued growth with a turnover of over £50 million our client is looking to recruit a Contracts Manager. This role would also suit a Senior Site Engineer or Project Engineer looking to take the next step into contract management. The Role The successful candidate will take responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Directors, Project Mangers, Site Managers and Sub-Contractors, you will oversee all operational aspects of each contract while maintaining excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously. Lead project delivery from award through to completion. Produce and monitor construction programmes. Ensure projects are delivered safely and in accordance with company procedures. Review drawings, specifications Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors. Attend client, design team and progress meetings. Monitor project costs alongside Directors Ensure quality assurance procedures are followed. Oversee site teams including Site Managers, Engineers and Supervisors. Ensure all RAMS, permits and construction documentation are completed.
