Our client is a growing specialist subcontractor delivering demolition, enabling works, groundworks, reinforced concrete structures, drainage, cut and carve, temporary works and associated construction services across commercial, residential and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth with a turnover of over £50 million our client is looking to recruit a Contracts Manager. This role would also suit a Senior Site Engineer or Project Engineer looking to take the next step into contract management. The Role The successful candidate will take responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Directors, Project Mangers, Site Managers and Sub-Contractors, you will oversee all operational aspects of each contract while maintaining excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously. Lead project delivery from award through to completion. Produce and monitor construction programmes.
