Role: Electrical Project Manager
Reporting To:
Specification of Responsibilities:
- Survey client sites for electrical project works
- Understand client requirements, timescales, costs and resources required when quoting for works
- Prepare quotations for electrical project works ensuring company procurement policy is followed when procuring goods/ services
- Project management of electrical installation works, including all health and safety elements, issuing of project specific RAMS
- Ensure installations satisfy current electrical regulations
- Provide client with all necessary paperwork on completion of works
- Record keeping inline with NICEIC accreditation
- Job profit management
- Build and maintain tender pipeline ad meet company sales targets
- To follow policies and procedures with regard to health and safety and all relevant regulations
- To follow client policies and procedure s with regard to health and safety
- To follow and work to ISO standards ISO45001, ISO9001& ISO14001
