Location: UN1 Londaon
Contract Type: Temporary

Start Date: ASAP


What You'll Do:
As an Electrician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the electrical systems within our facilities are safe, functional, and up to standard. Your responsibilities will include:


Carrying out routine and non-routine work activities.
Conducting new works, repairs, and routine planned maintenance activities.
Efficiently managing reactive work requests and assisting with minor new installations.
Performing weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets.
Escorting contractors during inspections and installations.
Adhering strictly to relevant policies and procedures while maintaining tool lists.
Complying with Health and Safety and Security Regulations.

What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:


Qualifications:
- City & Guilds part II or a minimum NVQ Level 2 in electrical services.


Experience:
- Proven experience across the electrical trade.
- Previous work in a medical environment is preferable.


Skills and Attributes:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
- Computer literate to manage work requests and documentation.
- Own tools and PPE for safe working practises.
- A current manual driving licence.
- A satisfactory attendance record with the ability to work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Fridays.
