Your Role As Contracts Manager Will Include:

Lead risk management processes and ensure appropriate controls are in place
Oversee monthly CVRs and drive commercial performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage site operations and subcontractor delivery

The Successful Contracts Manager Will Need:

Experience within UK Civils projects / Groundworks
Fully Clean UK Drivers licence
Willingness to travel across the South East
Happy to attend sites when required
