Contracts Manager AMP8 Water Framework

Salary: £400 - £440

Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee AMP8-associated works across Kent, Sussex, and Hampshire. This is a key role within a major water framework, managing the successful delivery of multiple projects valued at circa £1m.
Key Responsibilities

• Overall commercial and contractual management of AMP8 water framework projects
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards
• Client liaison and stakeholder management
• Managing subcontractors, variations, risk, and change control
• Ensuring compliance with framework requirements, health & safety, and company procedures
• Supporting project teams with commercial and contractual guidance

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in a Contracts Manager (or similar senior commercial/project role)
• Proven experience delivering £1m+ projects within the water sector
• Strong background working on AMP frameworks (AMP7/AMP8 essential)
• Ideally from a Regional tier 1/2 water contractor background
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
