The Planning Director is seeking a RTPI Planner (they will consider a junior or senior candidate) to join the expanding team. The purpose of the role is to ensure the region provides a high standard of planning and development appraisals, planning applications, planning appeals and land promotion within the residential sector for both immediate and strategic sites.
