Income Officer - Hurn
Our client is seeking an Income Officer to join their Customer Accounts team.
Role Details:
- Part-time, permanent (25.5 hours per week)
- Salary: 22,054- 26,189 (FTE 32,000- 38,000)
- Hybrid working: Home, office, and customer visits
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
- Prevent arrears and negotiate repayment plans
- Provide welfare advice and affordability assessments
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Prepare documentation and attend court hearings if required
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of arrears management and welfare benefits
- IT literacy and ability to manage a busy caseload
- Full driving licence and access to a car
