Job Description

Income Officer - Hurn

Our client is seeking an Income Officer to join their Customer Accounts team.

Role Details:

  • Part-time, permanent (25.5 hours per week)
  • Salary: 22,054- 26,189 (FTE 32,000- 38,000)
  • Hybrid working: Home, office, and customer visits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Prevent arrears and negotiate repayment plans
  • Provide welfare advice and affordability assessments
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • Prepare documentation and attend court hearings if required

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of arrears management and welfare benefits
  • IT literacy and ability to manage a busy caseload
  • Full driving licence and access to a car
