Senior Valuations Surveyor
London Borough Hybrid
£500 per day Inside IR35 3-month rolling contract

Carrington West is pleased to be recruiting for a Senior Valuations Surveyor on behalf of a London borough. This is a fantastic opportunity for an interim surveyor with strong valuation experience to support a specialist area of work.
Role Overview
You will lead on valuations related to lease extensions-both statutory and voluntary. While experience in statutory valuations is advantageous, the council can provide training for the right candidate, as long as you have strong core valuation skills. Additional disposals work may also be included.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake valuations for statutory and voluntary lease extensions
Provide clear, robust valuation advice in line with professional standards
Support disposals and general valuation tasks when required
Collaborate with the wider property team to deliver high-quality outputs
Requirements
Strong valuation experience is essential
Registered Valuer status preferred but not mandatory
Experience with lease extension valuations desirable but not required
Ability to quickly pick up statutory valuation processes if training is provided
Senior-level confidence in delivering complex valuation work
Assignment Details
Day Rate: £500 per day inside IR35
Contract: 3-month rolling (potential to extend)
Hours: Full-time
Location: London- Hybrid working
