Plumber Multi

MMP are currently recruiting for a Multi Plumber - Repairs Team (Temp-to-Perm) to join a housing provider covering Kent. The successful candidate will carry out responsive and planned repair works across occupied properties, with a strong focus on plumbing repairs alongside general multi-trade maintenance. Travel across Kent is required, with efforts made to keep work as local to your home as possible.

• 
  22.64 per hour (umbrella - temporary)
• 
  36,000 per annum (permanent)

• 
  Plumbing repairs and maintenance (leaks, pipework, taps, toilets, baths, showers)
• 
  Diagnosis and repair of plumbing faults
• 
  Bathroom repairs and resealing
• 
  Minor carpentry and making good
• 
  Basic plastering and surface preparation
• 
  Painting and decorating (making good)
• 
  Damp and mould washing, treatment, and prevention
• 
  General property repairs and maintenance
• 
  Accurate fault finding and rectification
• 
  Use of a PDA to record and manage daily work
