Housing Officer

We're looking for a Housing Officer to join a local authority in Devon on a temporary 2-month contract with the potential to be extended. This role is offering hybrid and flexible working patters.

Contract Length - Minimum 2 months
Hourly rate: 21.86

As a Housing Officer you'll be doing:

• Managing a patch of general needs properties across Devon
• Supporting residents with tenancy issues, including low level ASB and safeguarding concerns
• Carrying out estate inspections and tenancy audits
• Working closely with external agencies, contractors, and internal teams to resolve problems
• Promoting tenancy sustainment and resident engagement
