Job Description
I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis covering areas in KT/TW postcodes paying 21.40 per hour CIS with a van and fuel card supplied. A Basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.
Pay Rate:
- 21.40ph (CIS or Umbrella)
Hours:
- 42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri)
Multi Trade Operative Duties:
- Complete a range of multi trade repairs including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering and decorating repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works
- Be customer focused
- Have a relevant trade qualification
- Have a DBS Check
