Roofer Multi Trader

• Temp position
• Location: Beeston NG9 covering our properties in the East Midlands
• 22.00 per hour via umbrella or CIS
• 40 hours per week Mon - Fri 08:00-16:30 with 30 min unpaid lunch
• Van, fuel card, power tools and mobile phone provided

Were looking for a Roofer to join our maintenance team, Undertake general building repairs, maintenance, and planned work to provide high quality "right first time" cost effective building services to the business and its customers

Duties include:

• Working as part of a 2 person team
• Slate and tile roof repairs
• Flat roof repairs and replacements (felt and rubber)
• Soffit and fascia replacements
• Working at height
• Brickwork repointing
• Fencing
• Slabbing and concreting
• NVQ level 2 in a related trade and a full driving licence required, experience working in social housing repairs would be advantageous as well as asbestos awareness cert
