A luxury property management firm is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of a prestigious property portfolio. You will manage a team, coordinate contractors, and ensure that all technical systems are maintained to the highest standards in a fast-paced environment. t omake sure the maintenance works on sites is done and to oversee manager role social housing

Requirements for Job:

Full UK driving license not EU licence

Experience of working in social housing commercial settings to oversee three flats one house and two offices
