Contracts Manager (Industrial Flooring)

We are recruiting for a newly-created Contracts Manager s position with a leading, family owned, Leicestershire-based flooring contractor.

The company, a recent recipient of a contractor of the year award, has a successful 30+ years history of delivering industrial flooring packages for Tier One Main Contractors and end users in NHS, warehouse, factory and distribution centre facilities nationwide and is about to embark on an ambitious period of strategic expansion for which the successful candidate will play a key role.

Candidate Essentials

• A successful track record of delivering high quality epoxy flooring, industrial painting and liquid applied waterproof roofing systems and applications.
• Experience of client liaison and the working up and agreeing of specifications, work scopes and prices.
• Home location in the Midlands and used to nationwide business-related travel.

With interviews available from w/c 5th January, a highly competitive salary package of £60k to £70k is offered with a fully expensed company car.
