The Opportunity

A rare chance for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex schemes across the commercial, community, healthcare, hospitality, education, defence, and retail sectors.

The Role

  • Based primarily in the office, with a couple of days per week on site.
  • Overseeing a £3.8m refurbishment NEC scheme in London, alongside another scheme.
  • Exposure to varied schemes, offering both stability and opportunities to broaden your experience.

The Right Person

We re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with:

  • At least 5 years experience (non-housebuilding)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Good IT and communication abilities
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills

Working hours: 8.30am 5.30pm
