Company: Established M&E Contractor delivering large-scale commercial projects.

Role Overview:

The BMS Manager will report to the Project Director and lead the delivery of BMS elements from design through commissioning across multiple projects. Acting as a key ambassador for the client, the role requires upholding core values: integrity, dependability, safety, pride, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day BMS project delivery.
• Support and guide Project Engineers.
• Develop cost-effective and innovative delivery methods.
• Adopt new technologies to improve safety and efficiency.
• Oversee commercial delivery with project teams.
• Manage project programmes, report progress, and mitigate delays.
• Provide executive-level reporting to senior management.
• Support bid teams to secure new projects.
• Offer technical BMS guidance across the business.
• Lead procurement and management of BMS subcontract packages.
• Undertake additional reasonable tasks as assigned.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Deep understanding of the BMS Manager role.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environmental systems.
• Ability to assess team strengths and development needs.
