This role includes a £5,800 annual car allowance .

Acting as a central point of contact for the client and project team, you will: Coordinate day-to-day site activity and subcontractor performance Support the Construction Director with programme development and design coordination Manage risk, reporting structures, and project documentation Ensure exceptional standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, and regulatory bodies We're looking for someone with strong site coordination experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex construction environment.
