M&E Project Manager

Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager

Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager (M&E) needed on a permanent basis. This is for a large residential project in London, close to City of London, Camden Town, Kensington, Hammersmith, Hackney, Tower Bridge and Brixton

Duties

• Develop project plans, budgets and schedules in collaboration with the project team.
• Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure workmanship and install meet the clients expectations.
• Ensuring compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the Mechanical and Electrical installation and give technical assistance to electricians on site should they need it.

The successful Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Project Manager will have the following

• Extensive experience as an M&E project manager on large residential projects
• Electrical Qualifications
• Mechanical Qualifications
• To be based on site while projects are in process.
• Commutable distance from London

Salary- We can pay PAYE, CIS or LTD for this role so salary varies depending on experience

Start date- January 2026
