Skilled General Operative

Role: Skilled / General Operatives required

Hours: 07:00am - 17:00pm, 50 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Interviews will be held on site. You must have the right to work in the UK.

Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilties

• Reporting to the Operative Supervisor
• Working to drawings handed out and setting up precast units with accordance to as shown and within tolerances.
• Achieving daily targets and working to tight deadlines
• Ensuring all work is up to a high standard and meets process requirements.
• Adapting and recycling knowledge to work efficiently.
• Have the ability to learn new processes.

Key Skills & Experience

• Desired experience within a precast manufacturing facility.
• Trained in a technical ability to set up precast units and work to processes.
• Ability to learn/read manufacture drawings.
• Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
• Reporting to the Supervisor.
