Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee and coordinate all architectural, engineering, design, and planning activities across the regional development portfolio. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will support projects from early land appraisal through to the final adoption stages. This role offers a significant opportunity for a technical professional to shape processes, support strategic decision-making, and lead a skilled team within a fast-growing residential developer.
