Stock Condition Suryeor

The Stock Condition Surveyor will be responsible for conducting property surveys to assess the condition of housing stock and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Description

• Conduct property inspections to assess the condition of housing stock.
• Identify and record any maintenance and repair requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety and building regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports based on survey findings.
• Assist in the development of maintenance and improvement plans.
• Liaise with contractors and other stakeholders as required.
• Keep accurate records and update internal databases promptly.
• Provide technical advice and support to colleagues as necessary.

Profile

A successful Stock Condition Surveyor should have:
